Villa Dream , especially designed for use in winter months, also has a 5 m long indoor pool. Designed considering the comfort of our guests in all seasons, summer and winter, our villa has larger than normal air conditioners in the living rooms and rooms to keep them warm in winter months.
Note: Our villa is suitable for winter months and has an underfloor heating system for winter months.
Note: Pool heating, sauna and underfloor heating are activated for an extra 1500 TL per day if requested. Please inform us of your pool heating request during reservation.
Note: There is a similar villa, Villa Kiraz, right next to the villa. 2 villas can be rented at the same time. The balcony exits of the attic rooms of both villas have been closed; thus, they have been made sheltered.
Bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony.
2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom.
3rd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, dressing table, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony.
4th Bedroom: There is 1 single bed, nightstand, wardrobe and bathroom.
Living Room: There is LCD TV, satellite receiver, seating group, air conditioning, iron, ironing board and sink. There is an exit to the poolside and indoor pool room. The living room is on the pool floor.
Kitchen: Modern American kitchen. There is a toaster, dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, refrigerator, spoon and fork set, washing machine, microwave oven, built-in oven, 7-person dinner set, electric kettle (kettle), pots and pans and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.
Garden: There is a pool, dining table and chairs, garden seating group, hammock and barbecue in the garden.
Indoor Pool Room: There is a 5m x 3m jacuzzi pool with heating feature and sun loungers.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool, children's pool and indoor heated pool. Pool dimensions: 10 m x 4 m; depth is 1.4 m. Indoor pool is 5 m x 3 m; depth is 1.2 m. Pool and garden maintenance and cleaning are done once a day in the morning or evening.
Internet: There is wireless internet connection in our villa. Due to the internet infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions from time to time. While there are usually no problems with platforms such as e-mail, social media, news sites, there may be problems with operations such as watching movies or downloading files.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, necessary checks are also made and deficiencies are completed, it is strongly requested from our villa guests to comply with these hours.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 5000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. The deposit is returned upon departure of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.
Note: A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is requested for rentals under 5 nights.
Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed with pesticides. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% margin of protection in these villas.
NOTE: In case of cancellation of the reservation by the guest, the deposit (deposit) sent to rent the villa is not refunded.
