Villa Defne 1 is located in the Ovacık neighborhood of the world-famous holiday resort of Fethiye Ölüdeniz. It has a spacious living room, a modern American open kitchen and a 4-bedroom with a capacity of 8 people. It is ideal for nuclear families and groups of friends with its private swimming pool. Our villa, which is centrally located, is 500 m from the entertainment center Hisarönü and 4 km from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach.
NOTE: Villa Defne 2 is located next to Villa Defne 1. It is a nice alternative for large families who want to rent villas side by side.
Bedrooms:
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom/WC.
2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioning.
3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and air conditioning.
4th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, nightstand, wardrobe and air conditioning.
Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, TV, shared bathroom/WC, dining table and chairs in the air-conditioned living room. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside.
Kitchen: There is an American kitchen. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in 4-burner stove, built-in oven, electric kettle, cutlery, pots and pans, and a dinner set for 8 people in the kitchen.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the private garden with a depth of 1.50 m; length 8.5 m; width 4.6 m. There is a sun terrace by the pool.
Indoor Pool: Its dimensions are 4.5 m x 2.5 m and depth is 1.50 cm.
Private Garden: There is a sun terrace. There is a parasol, sun loungers and a sun lounger stand on the terrace. There is a dining table and chairs, a garden seating group, a drop swing and a barbecue in the garden.
Internet: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, interruptions may occur due to internet service providers. Internet usage is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, newspaper and news sites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.
Check-in and Check-out Times
The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, necessary checks are also made and the deficiencies are completed, it is strongly requested from our villa guests that these hours must be adhered to.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as breakage, damage, loss, etc.
NOTE: An additional 4000 TL cleaning fee is requested for stays of 7 nights or less.
Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There are no hygiene consumption needs (toilet paper, food / drink etc.) in the villas. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings.
NOTE: In case of cancellation of the reservation by the guest, the deposit sent to rent the villa is not refunded.
