Villa Akdağ is a villa with a private pool located in the Hisarönü region. Our villa, which is the address for those who want to have a holiday with large families and groups of friends, can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Our villa has three floors and four bedrooms and four WCs - Showers. When you enter our villa, you will be greeted by a living room - kitchen, air conditioning, and TV on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are on the middle floor and the other two bedrooms are on the top floor. All bedrooms in our villa have a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning. Our villa, which can comfortably accommodate 8 people in total, offers you an unforgettable holiday opportunity.
Note 1: The closest beach distance is measured as Ölüdeniz Beach.
Note 2: There is a purification water device in our villa.
Bedrooms
1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom and balcony.
2nd Bedroom: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony.
3rd Bedroom: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and balcony.
4th Bedroom: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe and bathroom.
Living room: Seating group, satellite TV, 6-person dining table, air conditioner, WC/sink and exit to the pool.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinner set for 10 people, pan, pots, cutlery etc.

Garden: Table and chairs for 6 people, Garden Seating Group, Sun umbrella, 4 sun loungers, Barbecue, Swing, Garden shower
Note: An extra 4000 TL cleaning fee is requested for stays under 5 nights.
Internet: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions due to internet service providers. Internet use; While it is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, newspaper and news sites, it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.
Check-in and Check-out Times
The check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary checks are also made and the deficiencies are completed, it is important for our villa guests to comply with these hours.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 5000 Turkish Lira is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. If there is no problem such as breakage, damage, loss, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No additional fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, tours, excursions, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There are no hygiene consumption needs (toilet paper, detergent, food/beverage, etc.) in the villas.
NOTE: In case of cancellation of the reservation by the guest, the deposit (deposit) sent to rent the villa is not refunded.
